LISC is requesting proposals for projects in San Francisco, Richmond, Oakland, San Jose, and unincorporated Ashland Cherryland in Alameda County that will increase the capacity of local community development corporations (CDCs) to advance community and economic development strategies.
LISC is pleased to announce applications are now available to attend LISC’s Advanced Housing Development Training Institute (HDTI). The California LISC offices will be offering this 3.5 day training focused on utilizing tax credits and tax exempt bonds to finance the preservation and creation of affordable housing. Advanced HDTI will take place September 11-14 in the Bay Area. Applications are due August 7, 2017 at 5pm. Please download the Program Description for further details and links to the application.
