The Falcon-Border Condominiums, developed by the nonprofit Neighborhood of Affordable Housing, Inc. The 14 condominiums will be priced from $170,000 for the 10 two-bedroom units, $185,000 for the two three-bedroom units, and $195,000 for the two four-bedroom units.
