Perkins Park Breaks Ground on Sports Complex

Once a dilapidated area on Buffalo's East Side, Perkins Park was the site of a ground breaking ceremony for a new sports complex. The complex will include a youth football field, ball hockey rink, and programs foor other sports like lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, tennis, and more.

MAP Raises the Roof at #OurFarmhouse

The walls are up and the roof is installed at the Massachusetts Avenue Project's Farmhouse - future home to their community food training center and two affordable apartments. LISC is providing a $1.36 million construction loan for this project!

City considers designated developer for supportive housing on Broadway

Nonprofit housing provider and longtime LISC partner HELP USA is seeking designated developer status to construct a five-story apartment building with 60 units of low-income and supportive housing. This will be HELP USA's third project of its kind in Buffalo.
