Cutting the Ribbon at MAP Farmhouse & Community Food Center

This week, Buffalo LISC staff joined our partners at the Massachusetts Avenue Project, NYS Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul, New York State Homes and Community Renewal, Empire State Development, and many local representatives to celebrate the opening of the new Farmhouse & Community Food Training Center.

Perkins Park Breaks Ground on Sports Complex

Once a dilapidated area on Buffalo's East Side, Perkins Park was the site of a ground breaking ceremony for a new sports complex. The complex will include a youth football field, ball hockey rink, and programs foor other sports like lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, tennis, and more.
