Pacific Charter School Development’s (PCSD) partners with charter schools to create long-term facilities solutions aimed at dismantling systemic inequality and expanding educational opportunities in under-resourced communities.

PCSD is a non-profit, full-service real estate development firm. We offer an array of services tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each of our charter school partners. We manage all aspects of a facilities projects including providing the following products and services: direct capital, strategic facility planning and feasibility assessment, site identification and selection, site due diligence, design development, fee-based development, project management, construction, post-construction/closeout, turnkey development as long-term landlord, and turnkey development with lease-to-purchase option.
