Connecticut Children's Investment Partnership (CIP) assists licensed child care centers that are committed
to providing quality care and to serving low-income, subsidy-eligible children –
from infancy through preschool years.
CIP can provide a combination of training, technical assistance and
flexible, affordable financing, whether it is for a minor renovation or for
construction of a new, state-of-the-art child care facility.
