Programs
The primary goal of the
Connecticut Statewide LISC program is to increase the scale and impact of community
development in Connecticut by expanding the development capacity of
non-profit and community-based developers.
In support of this goal, the Connecticut Statewide LISC program carries out activities focused on three objectives:

Strengthen
financial capacity by providing predevelopment and construction financing;

Increase
technical capacity through quality technical assistance and
training;
- Improve the public policy environment supporting community development resources and programs through policy analysis and advocacy.
The core activities of the
Connecticut Statewide LISC program include: project investment,
capacity-building investment, training and technical assistance, and public
policy development.
