Our recent program on Place-based Philanthropy: Successful Examples in Arizona was a truly educational and engaging event for AGF members. The day began with a neighborhood tour of the Central City South community, given by Eva Olivas of Phoenix Revitalization Corporation. (Check out a video of highlights from tour here!)
PRC is a nonprofit community development corporation dedicated to the revitalization of neighborhoods. They are an investee of the Neighborhood Development Collaborative (NDC), a group of funders who share a common purpose of improving the economic and social conditions in Phoenix's low income neighborhoods.
