Some propose city as living laboratory
A "living laboratory" would find new ways to improve and reuse Buffalo's vacant housing.
National leaders in the field of vacant and abandoned housing, like Buffalo LISC's Executive Director Michael Clarke, say the creation of a Buffalo "living lab" devoted to solving the vacant-housing crisis would bring with it national talent and expertise, the likes of which Buffalo is not likely to have access to otherwise.
