Retail Attraction--actively planning for and undertaking the recruitment of desired retailers to your community's shopping corridor, is a key tool in the revitalization of a neighborhood. Join LISC Commercial Markets Advisory Service (CMAS) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in this introductory session that will give an overview of the importance of retail attraction, highlight key partners and their role and discuss general retail attraction and dealmaking concepts. Session will be led by Cynthia Stewart, Director of Community Relations at ICSC.
