Live Event, Workshop - July 23, 2009; 9:00 - 4:30 PM
Overview

- Hear about HUD and DOE's new programs directly from the people that designed and will be implementing them.
- Get advice on how to best put this new money to use when greening your property.
- Learn about the due diligence and planning differences between a green rehabilitation and traditional rehab.
- Walk through all of the due diligence tools you will need to get started immediately including:
- Green physical needs assessments
- Energy audits; and
- Pest management audits
- Learn how to avoid the traps that many first-time green rehabs often fall into!
