Project Profile:

Preserving Affordable Housing: With support from the William Penn Foundation and the Office of Housing and Community Development, LISC Homeownership Improvement Program provided $1.1 million to local homeowners for housing repair and upkeep. A total of 84 homes received improvements. Plans are underway to show that home improvement grants are a cost-effective way to preserve affordable housing.
