Project Profile:
LISC partnered with Neighborhood Progress, Inc. and Enterprise Community Partners to create the Cleveland Site Assembly Fund. In 2005 the Fund provided local community development corporations with close to $200,000 to acquire property critical to their redevelopment strategies. This investment leveraged $375,000, twice the investment from other sources.
