Project Profile:
LISC worked with Urban Development Solutions on a $9.3 million New Markets Tax Credit deal to provide permanent debt and equity financing for the 46,100 square foot Tangerine Plaza Shopping Center in St. Petersburg. This new center’s construction has been completed.
