STRENGTH MATTERS brings together three national networks of nonprofit owner/developers in the affordable housing field - Housing Partnership Network, NeighborWorks America, and Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future - to advance the strength, productivity and access to capital of their member organizations and to communicate best practices supporting growth to the field. Other funders and active participants include The MacArthur Foundation, LISC, Calvert Foundation, Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Low Income Investment Fund, Housing Partnership Fund and NeighborWorks Capital.

A strategic goal of STRENGTH MATTERS is to promote transparent and consistent reporting to improve organizational performance and attract additional capital. In this introductory webinar, participants in STRENGTH MATTERS discuss the work underway and the accomplishments to date, primarily the Financial Reporting Best Practice Papers developed by the CFO Working Group.
