The theme of this year's Rural LISC Annual Seminar was "Rural Works! Building Sustainable Communities."
The Seminar for LISC's Rural CDC Partners was held October 19-22, 2010, in Eugene and Canyonville, Oregon, where more than 170 rural community developers from 36 states gathered to learn from the experts and share innovative solutions to address the needs of rural communities. It was hosted by the Umpqua Community Development Corporation of Roseburg, Oregon.
