Overview
2011 promises to be a year of both challenge and opportunity for housing and community development stakeholders at the state level. As state budgets continue to struggle, a number of resources hang in the balance and many State Housing Trust Funds face scrutiny. Join COSCDA and LISC for a look back at SHTFs during 2010 and look forward toward prospects and strategies moving forward. Mary Brooks, national Trust Fund expert will join two state directors in presenting the lay of the land and what to anticipate in the year ahead.
