Overview
2011 promises to be a year of both challenge and opportunity for housing and community development stakeholders at the state level. As state budgets continue to struggle, a number of resources hang in the balance and many State Housing Trust Funds face scrutiny. Join COSCDA and LISC for a look back at SHTFs during 2010 and look forward toward prospects and strategies moving forward.
