Neighborhood Stabilization Program: Best Practice Case Studies

Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) is a component of a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) established to stabilize communities that suffered from foreclosures and abandonment. The case studies highlight two outstanding local housing authorities, San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) and Reno Housing Authority (RHA), who successfully utilized their NSP funding to help the local communities expand homeownership and increase the number of rental housing stocks.
