- Michael S. Levine is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) a national financial and technical assistance intermediary that supports the development of affordable housing, and related commercial projects, by community development corporations in over 30 urban offices and Rural LISC. Mr. Levine has been at LISC since 1986 and oversees the legal affairs of LISC. Prior to joining LISC, Mr. Levine was an associate at the New York City law firms of Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett, and Shereff, Friedman, Hoffman and Goodman and he graduated from Williams College and Cornell Law School.
- Linda S. Manley is Legal Director of the Lawyers Alliance for New York, the leading provider of business and transactional legal services for nonprofit organizations that are improving the quality of life in New York City neighborhoods. Linda represents and teaches workshops to a full range of clients and is responsible for the Lawyers Alliance's newest program area, Elder Services. Prior to joining Lawyers Alliance in 1997, Ms. Manley was associated with the law firms of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue and Weil, Gotshal & Manges and received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and B.A. Magna Cum Laude from State University of New York at Albany.
