Jennifer M. Rutledge is Partner/Vice President of Delphi Consulting Group, Inc., a multi service management consulting and training firm based in White Plains, NY, with nearly 30 years consulting experience in for-profit, public and not-for-profit sectors for both domestic and international clients. She has trained thousands of employees, managers, and the leadership of countless organizations, and served as Charter Senior Associate of BoardSource, designing their first international train-the-trainer program.
Ms. Rutledge is the author of Building Board Diversity, the first major publication of its kind on the topic. Ms. Rutledge manages complex projects for organizations and serves as a technical advisor to collaboratives, alliances and associations involved in community development and planning. She has served as faculty for Fordham University, University of Virginia and University of California at Berkeley and holds a BS degree in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University and an MBA degree from Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
