  • Greg Maher
    Greg is Senior Vice President for Lending at LISC. Having been at LISC since 1990, he has made numerous presentations on a diverse range of community development topics, including new markets tax credits; joint ventures between nonprofit and for-profit entities; tax-exemption issues for CDCs; green community development; and LISC's underwriting guidelines. Greg has been a member of LISC's Credit Committee since joining the company, and in 2006 formed LISC's Green Development Center.
  • Mike Mantle
    Mike currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of One Economy Corporation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting low-income people with technology. Prior to joining One Economy, Mike had a 35 year career in banking. From 1999 to 2007, he served as the Division Director for Retail and Small Business Banking for California Bank and Trust. From 1989 to 1998, Mike was the founding President and CEO of Bank of America Community Development Bank, providing more than $1.5 Billion in loans and investments annually for affordable housing projects.
  • Paul Sussman
    Paul is Chief Financial Officer of Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, a San Francisco CDC with a $24 million annual budget and a portfolio of close to 2000 housing units. Prior to joining TNDC in 2004, he worked for five years as a financial management and business planning consultant to nonprofit organizations, and as a program consultant for several foundations. Paul was the founding president of the Northern California Community Loan Fund, which he directed for 11 years until 1998. Prior to that, he developed affordable housing for several groups in San Francisco.
