Event Description

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act provides valuable new resources for "greening" existing affordable multifamily housing. This webinar introduces participants to the process of building green goals into rehab plans, discusses new greening resources from HUD and other Federal agencies, and provides insights from HUD's Mark to Market Green Initiative.

This Webinar coincided with the release of LISC's new guide Getting Started with Green Preservation: An Introduction to Issues and Resources for Greening Existing Affordable Housing. It is the first in a series of LISC Webinars on greening affordable multifamily housing.
