  • Caroline Horton, CFO
    Caroline is responsible for Aeon's real estate asset management and finance and accounting functions. She has expertise in developing management systems that ensure the long-term viability of assets and monitor organizational risk factors. In 2003, she was recognized as an All-star CFO from Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Since 2007, Caroline has been a member of the STRENGTH MATTERS™ CFO Working Group which has developed a series of white papers on external reporting best practices for the nonprofit affordable housing industry. Caroline earned her B.S.B.A. in accounting from Boston University, and is a Certified Public Accountant, Inactive (CPA). She has been with Aeon since 1998.
  • Lindy Hahn, Consultant
    Lindy works with non-profit real estate developers and loan funds who serve the development community. Her background is in the conventional real estate development banking arena, having started her career in the late 1970's selling and leasing commercial real estate. She joined the commercial real estate finance team at Bank of America in 1979. From there, Lindy went to Great Western Savings where she managed the lending team from 1985 through 1997. She re-joined Bank of America in 1998, holding a number of staff and market management positions in their Community Development division until retiring in late 2007. Lindy has a particular interest and expertise in managing client relationships, complex underwriting assignments and asset management.
