What We Do
Detroit LISC provides project-related technical assistance and project financing in support of its residential and commercial development projects initiated by Detroit CDCs. As funder, broker and technical assistance provider, Detroit LISC assists groups with every aspect of a development project to ensure its successful completion.
By helping CDCs stabilize operations, including the installation of up-to-date accounting systems and building staff depth and expertise, Detroit LISC also plays a critical role in equipping groups to take on larger and more complex real estate deals, and to effectively manage both their organizations and their projects.
