LISC AmeriCorps

LISC Detroit combines corporate, government, and philanthropic resources to help community-based organizations revitalize underserved neighborhoods. This strategy extends to our LISC AmeriCorps program where we support and place AmeriCorps members with local nonprofit partners. Since the start of the LISC AmeriCorps program in 2009 in the Detroit office, members have assisted in efforts to revitalize neighborhoods across Detroit.
