Financial Products

Detroit LISC provides the experience and skill needed to raise resources that can address the financial gaps often associated with reinvestment in urban core neighborhoods. These projects jump start revitalization, improve the physical appearance of neighborhoods, anchor economic and social infrastructure, stimulate new investment and provide the foundation for dramatic changes in quality of life.

In 2010, Detroit LISC provided a $3 million loan to CHASS for a new healthcare facility to serve uninsured and underinsured residents. The facility opened in 2012.
