Strategic Investment Area

In four targeted Strategic Investment Areas citywide, Detroit LISC is broadening its investments and partnerships to produce solutions to the issues impacting community revitalization.  Each area’s consortium of stakeholders plans and implements solutions to meet their area’s specific needs, such as housing, education, transportation, crime safety and commercial and economic development.  Detroit LISC’s investments range from residential and commercial rooftops and square feet, to projects such as public safety, education, workforce development, child care, health care, and business assistance.
