The last two years have proved to be exciting in terms of CDC production.
During this period, construction activity has been in full force in East
Little Havana and other distressed communities in Miami-Dade County.
Overtown also witnessed the completion of several housing projects.
Greater Miami LISC's five-year production goals are to build 500 units
for homeownership, 750 units of rental housing and 150,000 square feet

pace, it is estimated that LISC and its partner CDCs will be able to
meet their real estate development goals on schedule.
