Capacity Building

The Greater Newark & Jersey City LISC program offers a variety of services that are geared to build organizational capacity to enhance CDCs ability to undertake community development projects.  

The Greater Newark & Jersey City LISC invites partnering CDCs to participate in:

• Foreclosure Support
• Capacity Building and Organizational Support
  
• NFL Grassroots Program
• LISC AmeriCorps Program
  

                    
   As part of LISC's Greater Newark Neighborhoods 
Initiative, the CDC La Casa de Don Pedro 
organized staff, volunteers and employees of local 
businesses on a graffiti clean-up day along the Lower
