Broad-Park Development Corporation, Inc. develops affordable housing and commercial revitalization projects in the Frog Hollow and South Green neighborhoods of Hartford.  Broad-Park engages in real estate development, property management, and homeownership financing.  Broad-Park also collaborates with community groups to develop educational and employment opportunities that are made available to the residents of the neighborhood.
