NJCDC is proud to announce the public unveiling of its newest development plans. Golfair Estates is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) owned by NJCDC. It is developed in partnership with the City Of Jacksonville- Housing Commission and Local Initiatives Support Corporation of Jacksonville (LISC).

Program assistance is available. Referrals can be given to credit repair agencies and to agencies that provide assistance to families that fall within certain income guidelines. Homebuyers may purchase a home with just a $500 down payment.

•The 15 unit subdivision is less than a mile to the east of Interstate 95 at the Golfair Boulevard exit. M.L.K. Parkway is within a mile of the development and this expressway system provides easy access to the beaches community.

has developed 12 units in the 29th
and Chase Community, has 4
additional homes that are in various stages of
construction, and plans
to construct 25 in the next fiscal year (October 1
through September
30, 2005.)
NJCDC is a City of Jacksonville and State of
Florida certified Community
Housing Development Organization (CHDO)
with 40% of its board of directors
living within the community
boundaries and falling within “affordable ” income
guidelines.
