At this year's SCANPH Conference Reception, LA LISC celebrated the graduation of our Housing Development Training Insitute participants. Over the course this past year, participants from community development entities from all over the state participated in two intensive week-long trainings and two computer trainings led by trainers from California Housing Partnership Corporation.
