• Commercial Corridor Revitalization Initiative

  LISC launched this Southern California Initiative to include neighborhoods in both Los Angeles and San Diego.  With generous support from Citi Community Development, LA LISC is employing a set of tools developed by LISC and community development banks to help leverage the density of commericial corridors. Our on the ground engagement with local businesses, residential and institutional players brings data alive and helps provide our key partners with a set of recommendations to improve retail opportunities. Our goal is to provide the tools and insights to design, manage and implement  strategies to make physical/aesthetic improvements and stimulate economic development within these commercial corridors.
