Arkansas Development Finance Authority
ADFA administers funding in the form of tax exempt bonds and other debt instruments through its series of program activities. These activities are divided into three main categories: Economic Development, Homeownership, and Affordable Rental Housing. Each of these three
categories resides over several specialized programs for funding disbursement. For more information on these specific programs and a listing of program administrator contact information, please consult the Program Activities section of this site.

Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas
FHLB Community Investment Department programs help low and moderate income  individuals and families, both rural and urban, fulfill their dream of home ownership or obtaining affordable rental housing. Whether it be grant funds to pay the closing costs for that family who has struggled for years to save the down payment on their first home or grant funds to construct an apartment complex affordable for fixed income elderly residents the programs of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas do make a difference.

HUD
HUD has a wide array of programs to help people buy homes, to create affordable rental housing, to spur community and economic development, and to enforce fair housing laws.

Louisiana Housing Finance Authority 
The Louisiana Housing Finance Agency offers federally administered programs designed to further the development of affordable single family and multi-family housing opportunities for Louisianans. LHFA provides access to financial resources for the development and management of decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing. The Agency's programs serve first-time homebuyers, renters, seniors and other populations with special needs who may be unable to afford quality housing. Mississippi Home Corp.
MHC's mission is to provide the opportunity of a safe, decent, and affordable home to every Mississippian. In keeping with its mission, MHC has developed the following programs: Single Family Housing, Multi-Family Housing; and Technical Assistance.

United States Department of Rural Development
USDA financial programs support such essential public facilities and services as water and sewer systems, housing, health clinics, emergency service facilities and electric and telephone service. They promote economic development by supporting loans to businesses through
banks and community-managed lending pools. They offer technical assistance and information to help agricultural and other cooperatives get started and improve the effectiveness of their member services. And they provide technical assistance to help communities
undertake community empowerment programs.
