This presentation summarized work done with the collaboration of Washington Park Partners' various housing resources. These parties developed and utilized logic models for their own organizations to determine common threads in process and intended impact to better coordinate strategies to achieve realistic, measurable goals. Several outcomes indicate this approach greatly benefits our communities.

Dining Dialog Training: Marketing And Management for Restaurants

LISC hosted a training by Ola Ayeni, chief idea officer and digital restaurant marketing evangelist at Dining Dialog. Ayeni is a nationally recognized speaker and has appeared on the Food Channel and consulted for countless growing businesses across the country. Participants learned about increasing traffic from new and repeat customers, as well as back-of-the-house management techniques to increase profits.
