Programs
LISC has developed financial products and technical services to assist CDCs in rebuilding Milwaukee neighborhoods. LISC supports CDCs by:
- building their development capacity through quality technical assistance and training,
- investing in CDCs and their projects with flexible and creative financing , and
- strengthening community development policy and programs through public policy advocacy.
LISC's special program initiatives are:
