Our Fund Management team collaborates with other institutions, including banks, CDFIs, foundations, and anchor institutions, to create funds that achieve community outcomes and fill specific financing gaps. We bring together investors, lenders, and technical assistance providers with shared goals and manage funds on their behalf. We frequently use New Market Tax Credits (NMTCs) to enhance our funds and provide more favorable rates and terms to borrowers, using either LISC's NMTC allocation or finding another NMTC allocatee with whom to partner. Our team has worked with 21 investors through the NMTC program and currently manages $140 million in funds for our clients, helping them to achieve both financial and social returns.
If you're interested in partnering with us on a NMTC fund, a small business loan fund, or a combination of the two, reach out to Brynn Sanders at email@example.com to learn more.

We work closely with our clients from the get-go to understand their goals, organizational approach, and risk tolerance to develop a fund that works best for them. We emphasize collaboration as a way to structure funds tailored to our clients' specific needs and leverage our deep network of investors and lenders to help raise capital.
We foster a positive borrower experience, emphasizing flexibility, responsiveness, and simplicity. Our team is always available to answer client and borrower questions. We provide regular performance and impact reports to keep our clients informed of fund progress and its success in meeting their community impact goals.
We develop an investment strategy with our clients that meets their goals, complies with relevant NMTC or lending and investing guidelines and regulations, and achieves both financial and social returns to our investors. Additionally, we craft a process that reduces complexity for our borrowers, improving accessibility, and tailoring our capital products to meet the specific needs of a community or market.
We structure funds based on our clients' credit standards, market research and industry analyses, and best practices for risk management and flexible capital solutions. We draw on in-house financial modeling and capital markets expertise, as well as our experience in NMTCs and small business lending to streamline funds and cut down on transaction costs.
We monitor investments throughout the life cycle of each fund to ensure ongoing compliance and will create periodic performance and activity reports on the investments. We proactively reach out to our clients to inform them of potential challenges, develop strategies to resolve issues, and adjust as necessary to respond to client needs and adverse changes.
