Director of Real Estate

Bridge Street Development Corporation, an innovative and progressive faith-based community development corporation located in the historic Bedford-Stuyvesant community of Brooklyn is seeking a seasoned Director of Real Estate. The director will manage the real estate group for the corporation in undertaking complex and interesting affordable housing projects from the pre-development phase thorough construction completion. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in underwriting with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), demonstrate experience with real estate finance; understanding and familiarity of NYC rehabilitation, new construction and housing land use process.  Qualifications: Master’s degree in related filed and or five to ten years professional experience in developing affordable; excellent computer skills, written and verbal communication skills Send resume and cover letter to: BSDCadmin@bsdcorp.org
