Publications

LISC New York City currently produces a number of publications each year designed to keep our constituents informed on our recent efforts assisting community development groups revitalize their communities. You may download any of these publications free of charge in PDF format below.

LISC New York City Developments is a bi-annual newsletter that serves to update partners and supporters on current LISC New York City program activity. A downloadable version can be found below .


NYC Notes is a monthly electronic newsletter that serves to update our partners, supporters, and friends on any timely news, trainings, program highlights or changes, or events. 

The Neighborhood Homes Story illustrates the powerful results of providing affordable homeownership opportunities to community residents by profiling four families.

The Neighborhood Assistance Tax Credit is a proposed program that will nurture economic resources for New York State by leveragind private sector investment in community development by providing a tax credit incentive to businesses who make financial contributions to community organizations.
