New York City LISC is currently examining ways to help entrepreneurs use the
Tenant Social Services Reserve funds in the most productive way possible,
providing maximum short- and long-term benefit to each of the tenants in NEP
projects. Resources posted on this page will include a model Tenant Social
Services plan and a sample budget to help entrepreneurs design a
high-functioning program that efficiently allocates allotted resources.
