Community Partnerships for Health Equity: Emerging Strategies from the Field

LISC NYC and our community- based, government, health care, and academic partners held a convening on April 18th where we shared results of LISC NYC programs that have tapped into the strengths of community organizations to reduce health inequity in NYC neighborhoods, and discussed promising collaborations between health care institutions and community-based organizations.
