Addressing the Opportunity Gap

April 18, 2018

9 a.m. - noon

On April 18, 2018, LISC, in partnership with the Urban Institute, will host a conversation, Addressing the Opportunity Gap: How the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act Affects People and Places in Washington, D.C.

The tax legislation that passed late last year included many changes that are relevant to the community development field’s work of narrowing the opportunity gap. This convening will allow attendees to hear from national experts about the legislation’s implications for the availability of resources need to revitalize communities.

We invite practitioners, government officials, academics, and other partners to attend via livestream or in person to hear this timely conversation.
