2017 Rural LISC Annual Seminar

Rural LISC's 26th Annual Seminar, "Big Skies, Bigger Opportunities in Rural America," was co-hosted by Human Resource Development Council of District IX, Inc. (HRDC IX), in Bozeman, Montana, August 28-31.  More than 300 rural community developers from across the nation came together to share best practices, network and collectively dialogue on many critical issues facing small communities in rural America.
