A look back at the June 2019 Rural LISC Annual Seminar, when close to 270 rural community developers, representing 94 partner organizations from 42 states, gathered in Monticello, New York, for three days of continuing education, networking, and conversations about important rural issues with nationally recognized community development leaders and stakeholders.
Rural LISC is thrilled to welcome three new staff to the Rural LISC family! In the last several weeks Emily Avery, Sarah Adams and Kayleen Sullivan have joined us, bringing a palette of strong skills to Rural LISC as well as to our valued partners across rural America.
Rural LISC, along with the Center on Rural Innovation, is working to cross-pollinate ideas among small business and entrepreneurship ecosystems. Recently, Rural LISC sponsored a visit by The Generator, an emerging innovation hub in the Arkansas Delta, to Codefi, a technology incubator and co-work space located in the bootheel of Missouri.
