Rural LISC CDC partner Self-Help Enterprises, Inc., serving rural Tulare County, California, celebrated the grand opening of Goshen Village II on November 10. The new development is part of the Park Village community comprising 77 homes located in the town of Goshen in the southern San Joaquin Valley. Families will move into homes they helped build, as part of a program that improves living conditions of low-income people.
