Publications

Since 2005, LISC's Educational Facilities Financing Center (EFFC) has provided periodic updates on the charter school facility financing sector. These efforts have resulted in comprehensive bi-annual publications, collectively named Landscapes, of great service to individual charter schools and policy-makers alike. In 2011, EFFC expanded these efforts to include Charter School Bond Issuance: A Complete History, a 13-year data-rich overview of the charter school tax-exempt bond sector – the first study of its kind. In addition to the Landscape and Bond Research, the EFFC periodically publishes special articles and research on the charter school facility finance sector.
