- Neighborhood Stabilization Program – Best Practice Case Studies: The case studies highlight two outstanding local housing authorities, San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) and Reno Housing Authority (RHA), which successfully utilized their HUD Neighborhood Stabilization Program funding to help the local communities expand homeownership and increase the number of rental housing stocks.
