Toledo LISC welcomes inquiries. To initiate assistance from the Toledo LISC an applicant must:
- Be a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation in the State of Ohio.
- Serve community development needs in the City of Toledo and Lucas County.
- Have a board that is representative of the area and population served.
- Have staff capability to design, implement and manage community development projects and programs.
