Priorities for 2004-2005
* Home ownership programs in Hyde Park and other areas in our service area
* Weed and Seed implementation in the NorthRiver area
* North Village Homes, a low-income tax credit housing project
* New School New Neighborhoods project in the Chase School area to upgrade housing and neighborhood area around the new school, to include new housing, rehabilitated housing, metro park development and a coalition of involved homeowners and property owners
Proudest Achievement
Pontiac and Ontario Homes – 40 new
and rehabilitated homes for low-income families.
