Loft living with modern amenities was the goal for this project developed by the Toledo Warehouse District Association. Eleven spacious lofts with architectural details of the period are within walking distance of a variety of entertainment venues. The project also includes 10 commercial spaces, which are completely leased.
LISC provided the predevelopment loan to initiate the project.
Neighborhoods are united . . . empowered . . . transformed, real estate
values are increased, and crime . . . and the insidious fear of crime, are
conquered. LISC and its community partners do more than just build a house. The
focus is on improving the quality of life for the whole neighborhood.
